Boscova Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1.Gift Cards can be redeemed towards all products only at Boscova Jewellery Online Shop, with the exclusion of another Gift Cards.

2. Your Boscova Gift Card can be used as payment, the same way a credit card is used, towards your purchase in-store or online at the Boscova Jewellery website. Purchase totals will be deducted from the card’s overall value until it reaches zero. When you make a purchase you cannot choose the gift card amount to spend if the gift card value exceeds the value of the transaction. 

3. If you’d like to return the product(s) purchased with digital gift card, the funds will be added to your personal profile as digital credit. When you make a purchase you cannot choose the Gift Card amount to spend if the gift card value exceeds the value of the transaction. If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, balance must be paid by debit or credit card.

4. Orders for physical Gift Cards cannot be canceled, as they are processed in real-time and the value is applied to the card immediately.

5. Our Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

6. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. 

7. You can return an item purchased through a Gift Card. If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note in your account and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases on our website. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash. 

8. No discount codes/links can be applied or used to purchase a Boscova Gift Card.

9. Boscova Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders should it have been purchased using any discount(s) or obtained illegally including through fraud. Boscova Jewellery reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift card remains our property.

10. Your Boscova Jewellery Gift Card is not reloadable; once the funds are exhausted, the card is no longer valuable and may be discarded.

11. All Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

12. Boscova Jewellery will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash or applied to any credit card balances. If you believe you Gift Card has been stolen, please contact our fantastic Customer Support. We may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value, unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift card remains our property. Boscova Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders should it have been purchased using any discount(s) or obtained illegally including through fraud. Boscova Jewellery reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.

13. Issuance of a Gift Card does not constitute a sale subject to VAT within the meaning of the tax law.

14. The Boscova Gift Card, within the meaning of applicable law, is not an electronic payment instrument or an electronic payment card.

15. For any matters not governed by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions concerning bearer identification cards.

17. Boscova Jewellery reserves the right to change the Regulations.

18. Your purchase or use of a Boscova Jewellery Gift Card constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
