1.RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, no question asked, no justification needed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@boscova-jewellery.com. We will ask you to send us pictures of the item and ones accepted we will provide a return label. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember that returns are not free and customers must pay for shipment. 

The products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging and with original security tag attached. Both the package and the item must be unaltered. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration or whose security tag has been removed, cannot be accepted. In such cases, we will charge for shipping to return the item to you. 

1.1.Returns for Item Purchased with Gift Cards

We accept returns for items purchased through a Gift Cards. If you’d like to return the product(s) purchased with digital Gift Card, the funds will be added to your personal profile as digital credit. When you make a purchase you cannot choose the Gift Card amount to spend if the gift card value exceeds the value of the transaction. If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, balance must be paid by debit or credit card.

Gift Cards can be returned within 14 days, unless they were used.

1.2.Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hygienical goods (such as earrings), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Made to Order Products, Custom-order or Engraved items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before buying.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items sold with promotions.

2.DAMAGES AND POSSIBLE ISSUES

Our Team will arrange for shipment of the Product to you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges and International Charges (if applicable) specified on your Sales Order.

Title to the Product passes to you upon our transfer of the Products to the carrier for delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We will insure all shipments of the Products from loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

You must open all packages immediately upon receipt of the Product to verify that the Product is undamaged. If the Product was damaged during transportation, you must make a claim with us within twenty four (24) hours of the delivery date. To make a claim, please hello@boscova-jewellery.com

3.ESTIMATION DELIVERY DATE

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. 

4.EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will give you in such case a voucher for the refund amount to spend on our website. 

5.REFUNDS

If your refund is approved and you decide for a total refund, the amount shall be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please kindly note that the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund (for costs please refer to the tab above) and all the prior shipping costs are not refundable. You will receive a Credit Note notification email once the refund is processed.

We do accept refunds for Gift Cards but not for purchases through Gift Cards. The refunds must be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Gift Card. 

If the Gift Card has been used to purchase an item we will refund the amount deducted by the cost of the product. If an item purchased through a Gift Card is returned, a credit note will be accredited to the customer to be used only on our store for another purchase. 

6.WARRANTY

All our products have 1 years warranty covering all production and color defect. Although, it doesn’t cover wear and tear, usage of the product, damages caused by chemical product, scratches, damages caused by the customer, deformity and damages caused by wrong usage of the jewellery. Jewellery is delicate and must be responsibly taken care of as we suggest in our jewellery care policy.

All our items are subject to quality check before sending them, to ensure conformity and quality. We ensure they don’t have any production defect or deformity. In case you find any defect, you have up to 2 months to inform us and send back the product to us. We will then evaluate the situation and if it’s caused by defect in production we’ll substitute the product at our cost. In case, the damaged is caused by the customer (wrong jewellery care, wrong usage of the product) we won’t proceed with substitution.
